The Ruling Companies:

The Ruling Companies is a Community of organisations aiming at promoting advanced, specialised and up-to-date company culture.
For organisations, this means constantly disseminating knowledge and skills internally which are useful to be successful at all times.
For individuals, it means protecting their employability and laying the foundations for new professional success.

Speakers are high-level managers, great experts, well-known professionals, consultants, as well as academics, both italian and international.
According to the principle "Leaders learn from leaders", the meetings are extremely interactive and promote discussion and exchange of experiences and skills between panellists and participants.

Membership allows you to take part in live meetings, webinars and phygital (a hybrid meeting that offers the possibility of both attending either in person or online) and to access the web platform rich in content and useful contacts.
Each Member company has an active role in proposing topics and testimonials for discussion and debate. Member companies describe the added value of the meetings in terms of strategic framework, opportunity for reflection, knowledge of other realities, high quality of panellists and participants, high level of topics, and exchange of experiences.

The Ruling Companies adopts constant monitoring of efficiency and effectiveness indicators of its processes and through appropriate reviews analyses their significance and, through strategic meetings, defines improvement objectives, both with reference to the context in which it operates and to the needs and interests of its parties concerned.
