The Ruling Companies is a business community created to promote a modern, qualified and timely business culture. To achieve this goal, every year we build an ongoing dialogue with leaders and experts to identify the most relevant concrete topics and turn them into a program of meetings, systematically choosing the people best suited to address each topic and help everyone reflect on it.
Every year the community organizes many meetings on strategy, management, technology and future scenarios. The meetings have traditionally been held in Milan, but since March 2017 The Ruling Companies has also been active in other cities and online. Events are scheduled so as to ensure an excellent balance between the time invested and the value gained, one hour for web sessions and two for live meetings.

The meetings are highly interactive and create an exchange of experience and expertise between speakers and participants under the principle "Leaders Learn from Leaders".
The speakers are, depending on the meeting, senior managers, policy makers, leading experts, Italian or international, and well-known professionals, consultants and academics.
Membership can cover one, two or all three communities and gives the selected representatives the right to take part in all meetings. It can range from individual members all the way up to the entire company. As a result, the total number of yearly participations can also become substantial.
From a people perspective, this makes continuous mental exercise possible, supporting individual employability and the emergence of new ideas that are useful to the organization.
